Built in 1921. It remained a school until 1936 and was vacant until 1940.

The new owners turned half of it into a General Store and lived in the other half. They also had many businesses that were run out of the building which included, Well Drilling, and a  Sohio Gas Station.

We are the 5th owners but the only family to use the whole floor plan as a home. Our Square footage is just under 10K and we heat with Vent Free propane fireplaces. ( so we only heat rooms in the winter that we are actually using)  We have 19 rooms. ( not all are completed yet)
